Registered Psychologist

Alex Hall knew from a young age that psychology was her path. A summer program at Oxford University in Grade 12 confirmed it, and she hasn't looked back since. She completed her Master of Clinical Psychology in 2023 and is currently in her clinical registrar program, bringing both strong academic grounding and genuine real-world experience to every session.

Her focus on perinatal mental health grew from a hospital placement that shifted everything. Supporting women through the antenatal stage, she found her calling in the particular complexity and tenderness of that season, and has been dedicated to it ever since. She works with women across preconception, pregnancy, birth and early parenthood, with a special interest in perinatal mental health, neurodivergence and eating disorders. Her sessions are empowering and non-shaming, focused on building the kind of internal safety and emotional resilience that creates lasting change, not just surface-level relief.

Alex's approach is warm, insightful and deeply human. She understands that the journey into motherhood can surface things that have been quietly carried for a long time, and she creates a space where women can finally put them down.

Alex grew up on Brisbane's southside and now shares her home with her partner and their ten-year-old dog Charlie, who has strong opinions about Telehealth sessions and is not afraid to share them.
