paediatric nutrition
The nutritional needs of children are often underestimated. Some nutrients are actually required in higher amounts during childhood than at any other stage of life, and the food a child eats during their early years lays the foundation for how their body grows, develops and functions long into the future.
As parents, knowing what to feed your children and how to navigate specific health concerns can feel genuinely overwhelming. There is a lot of noise out there, and very little of it is tailored to your child's individual needs.
Kaitlin and Kellie both work with families in this space, bringing complementary approaches. Kaitlin's focus is rooted in wholefoods as medicine, helping parents understand which foods to prioritise and how to build nourishing routines that work for the whole family. Kellie brings her naturopathic lens to children's health, weaving in herbal medicine, gut health and nervous system support alongside nutritional care.
Together they are able to support a wide range of childhood health concerns in a way that feels genuinely collaborative and family-centred. Their care is warm, practical and invested in becoming a trusted part of your support team.

Both Kaitlin and Kellie work with children from infancy through to adolescence, as well as supporting mothers with their own nutrition alongside their child's care.

Our practitioners support families navigating fussy eating, food intolerances, digestive issues, skin conditions, low energy, poor sleep, immune challenges, growth concerns and neurodevelopmental conditions where diet plays a supportive role.

No referral is required. You can book directly for a paediatric nutrition consultation.

For younger children, an initial parent-only consultation often works well, allowing space to discuss concerns thoroughly without distraction. Your practitioner will guide you on what works best depending on your child's age and what you are coming in for.
