integrative coaching
With Emma Morris, Founder & Director, Clinical Nutritionist & Motherhood Coach
Most women who find their way to this work have already tried a lot of things. They have seen the GP, adjusted their diet, downloaded the apps. They are doing everything right on paper and still feel like something is not working. Still exhausted. Still running on empty. Still not quite themselves.
That is because the symptoms are rarely the whole story.
Emma's integrative coaching approach sits at the intersection of clinical nutrition, psychology, nervous system science and NLP, bringing together the physiological and the psychological in a way that treats you as a whole woman rather than a collection of presenting concerns. Because what is happening in your body and what is happening in your mind are not separate conversations. They never were.
The Initial Intensive: 90 Minutes
This is a 90-minute deep dive designed to understand you as a whole woman. Your physiology, your patterns, your nervous system and the internal stories that have been quietly shaping how you move through your life.
Every woman arrives at this session at a different point, so what we explore together will depend on what is most alive and relevant for you. We may move across all of these areas or go deep into just a few. The session is not a checklist. It is a conversation that leads somewhere meaningful.
Areas we may explore include:
✿ Your health history through an integrative, clinical lens
✿ Current symptoms, stress patterns, burnout signs, gut health and hormone picture
✿ Your nervous system state and how it is influencing your behaviour, energy and capacity
✿ Subconscious patterns you have been running, including perfectionism, over-functioning, people-pleasing, self-criticism and exhaustion cycles
✿ The lived reality of your current season, whether that is motherhood, matrescence, identity shift or simply carrying too much for too long
✿ The beliefs that quietly drive your choices, your boundaries and your sense of worth
✿ What is happening biochemically and emotionally beneath the surface
From there, we build a clear picture of what is truly going on and map out a path forward that is specific to you. That plan becomes the foundation for all ongoing integrative coaching work together, and may include:
✿ Nutritional foundations tailored to your physiology
✿ Nervous system support and regulation strategies
✿ Mindset and identity work
✿ Supplements where appropriate
✿ Lifestyle and rhythm shifts that create real capacity
✿ Next steps for testing, referrals or deeper work
Private health rebates may apply depending on your fund. We recommend checking with your provider prior to booking.
Ongoing Integrative Coaching
The initial intensive is where we begin. What comes after is where the real work happens.
Ongoing sessions with Emma are tailored entirely to where you are at and what your plan calls for. Some sessions will be clinical, reviewing pathology, adjusting nutritional protocols or refining supplementation. Others will go deeper into nervous system patterns, subconscious conditioning, identity work or the psychological dimensions of what you are moving through. Most sessions hold a little of both.
This is not a program with a fixed structure. It is a relationship built around your evolution, moving at a pace that is sustainable and always responding to what is most relevant for you right now.
Women who work with Emma ongoing often find that the longer they are in the work, the more layers become visible, and the more capacity they build to meet them. It is the kind of support that compounds over time.
If you are ready to go beyond symptom management and into something that creates lasting change, this is where that happens.

This is for women who feel like they have tried everything and are still not well, still not themselves, or still not living in a way that feels sustainable. It is for mothers navigating depletion, identity loss and the invisible load. It is for women who sense that what is happening in their body is connected to something deeper. And it is for anyone who wants to be truly understood before being handed a plan.
-
A standard nutrition consultation focuses primarily on food, nutrients and physical health markers. Emma's integrative coaching goes much further, weaving in nervous system regulation, subconscious pattern work, NLP techniques and psychological insight alongside the clinical nutrition. It is a whole-person approach designed for women whose symptoms have not responded to surface-level interventions alone.
-
The 90-minute session is the foundation. From there, Emma will discuss what ongoing support looks like for you specifically, whether that is continued integrative coaching, nutritional medicine, group coaching or a combination of approaches. The path forward is always built around you.
-
Not necessarily, though having recent pathology can be very helpful. Emma will advise you on what testing might be worth pursuing as part of your initial plan if it is not already in place.
-
Yes. Emma sees clients Australia and world-wide.
