kaitlin wapshott

Clinical Nutritionist + Paediatric Nutritionist

Kaitlin’s journey into nutrition began somewhere unexpected: London, where she was working on the launch of Lululemon in the UK and found herself immersed in a growing wellness scene that she couldn't get enough of. Health bloggers, food events, cooking classes, it all pointed her in the same direction. She returned to Melbourne and enrolled in a Bachelor of Nutritional Medicine at SSNT, and the rest followed naturally.

Kaitlin is passionate about wholefood as medicine, and she brings that philosophy to every woman and family she works with. Her focus spans preconception, pregnancy, postpartum and the early years of parenting, with a particular gift for translating complex nutrition science into practical strategies that genuinely fit into real life. She also works with children, helping families build nourishing routines that work for everyone at the table, not just the adults.

She believes deeply in the ripple effect of nourishing a mother well. When a woman feels genuinely resourced in her body, it flows outward into her family and her community. That belief shapes the way she works: warm, practical and always rooted in the reality of what family life actually looks like day to day.

Kaitlin lives in the coastal town of Barwon Heads, Victoria, with her husband Charlie, their two children and their labradoodle Maisie. Outside the clinic she can usually be found cooking, gardening, swimming or planning the next family trip somewhere warm.
