Kellie Slobodzian

Naturopath & Nutritionist

Kellie’s path to naturopathy was anything but linear, and that is exactly what makes her so good at what she does.

It began while volunteering with the Mai Wiru Sugar Challenge Foundation in remote Anangu communities, where she witnessed firsthand the profound power of plant and energetic medicine. That experience sparked something she could not walk away from, and she went on to study naturopathy while pregnant with her first child. Her understanding of what mothers and families actually need was deepened further when she navigated her first miscarriage and realised, in the most personal way possible, that grief does not pause the demands of parenting. That parents need support not just in crisis, but on the ordinary days too.

Kellie works with women, mothers and families to uncover the root causes of stress, fatigue, hormonal disruption and burnout. She draws on herbal medicine, targeted nutrition, gut health, lifestyle timing and nervous system support, weaving them together in a way that is practical, sustainable and deeply personalised. Nothing is treated in isolation. The whole picture always matters.

She is a mother to Sage and Heidi, and she brings that lived experience of family life into every consultation. She understands the weight of being expected to hold everything together, and she creates a space where parents can finally put some of that weight down.

When families are well, communities grow stronger. That belief sits at the heart of everything Kellie does.
